By using this facility, you can pay without revealing your debit or credit card numbers, or your bank account details.

You may also use your Paypal account to do the transactions.

All major credit cards are accepted. All payments to be made in GBP or Pound Sterling [United Kingdom Pound].

PayPal payments are protected for up to 100% under the PayPal Buyer Protection Programme. The service also adheres to international PCI (payment card industry) compliance standards for data security.

We give you rates that have no hidden costs or recurring monthly charges:

• Flat rate 75p per audio minute. Turnaround within 24 hours.
• Priority rate +50%. Turnaround - before 17:30 for documents submitted before 13:00

Rate per minute assumes good audio and speaking quality, everyday language, and non-rapid speech. Recordings involving several frequent speakers, such as meetings and focus groups, take longer to transcribe due to overlapping voices, poor enunciators, low-volume speakers, etc., and thus entail a higher rate. If the voices are easily distinguishable, we will try to label the speakers.

All audio files will be purged from our server after receipt of payment, however, the transcribed documents will be available for a duration as an added service to our clients.
